All the domains that are hosted on Shared servers should be pointed to our Web hosting cluster nameservers: dns1.namecheaphosting.com and dns2.namecheaphosting.com , where their DNS Zone is located.
It may rarely happen that the DNS Zone for some domains can become de-synchronized on these nameservers. In most cases, it happens when the domain is added/removed from cPanel.
