Message to fiverr support if you blocked

All my gigs are denied. And when I am going to add a new gig it showing me:
Your account is temporarily restricted from performing this operation.
For more information, contact our customer support team.
May I know why? And what is problem that denied my gigs? How and when restriction will be removed or what may be the process?
